Born in Karlsruhe, Germany, he began his career as a furniture maker before continuing his studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam and the Politecnico di Milano.
In collaboration with the designers Vogt + Weizenegger, Berlin he participated in the international project ‘DIM-The Imaginary Factory‘ at the Berlin Institute for the Blind.
After graduating, he moved to Milan in 2002, where he worked with prominent design studios such as Terri Pecora Design, Studio & Partners and more recently, DV8id.
As a founding partner of Opendot Fablab, he focuses on exploring emerging technologies and co-creative processes. His work spans diverse areas, including industrial design, retail design, interior architecture, and lighting technology.
